Deer Creek Motorcoach Resort has implemented state-of-the-art security protocols to protect your personal and financial information.  When you make a reservation online, all personal information is transmitted via a secure server.  Our operations rely on trusted third parties who assist in managing our website, reservations, and communications; these companies also have security protocols to store your personal information.  Your payment information is handled by an encrypted credit card gateway service, and we do not store any credit card information on our servers. 

Your contact information (name, mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.) is always kept confidential and is never sold to any other organization or third party.  If you submit an inquiry or book a rental property, we use your contact information only to answer your questions, confirm a reservation, communicate with you regarding your visit, or request that you complete a survey.  Your email address may be used later to communicate the latest information about the resort, including new features, special promotions, etc.  You always have the option to “unsubscribe” to these follow-up emails.
