This gated resort has a newly built clubhouse. Rental of this lot includes free use of the resort's par 3 golf course and catch-and-release fishing pond.
The lot has a concrete pad that can accommodate a large Class A motorhome with full hook-ups (water, 50/30 amp electric, and sewer). Guests have private access to dedicated secure Wi-Fi.
Guests may use the patio furniture, and the gas grill and fire pit may be used with your own propane. The cabin is not available to guests.
