Welcome to one of the largest lots in the community. This spacious corner lot is located close to the front entrance, the new dog park, the golf course, and the new clubhouse. You can enjoy the covered front porch seating area as well as the covered kitchen area with use of an outdoor sink, small refrigerator, bar (three bar stools), gas grill, and lots of counter space for prep or serving. We have also added private WiFi for your use and a smart TV outside. (Private WIFi may have limited range, so an extender or booster may be needed for use INSIDE your coach.) Enjoy the additional open outdoor space for seating and entertaining. Plenty of space for your 45’ rig, car, golf cart or motorcycle. The use of the interior of the cabin and firepit is not permitted. Enjoy your visit — welcome to mountain paradise!
